Returns

Our Returns Explained

We hope you love what you buy from Disabled Bathrooms UK. However, if you change your mind, we do accept returns.

Damaged items cannot be returned after 30 days of receipt of goods and any unwanted items cannot be returned after 30 days of receipt of goods.

We must be notified of any items that arrive damaged within 48hrs of receipt of goods. If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should reject the goods or sign any applicable delivery note to the effect that the Goods have been damaged. To return the damaged Goods, please contact Us within 2 working days to arrange collection and return. We are fully responsible for paying shipment costs. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Replacements will be issued upon Our receipt of the returned Goods. Refunds will be issued no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the returned Goods and will include standard delivery charges.

All business sellers who accept returns must give you at least 14 calendar days to let them know if you’d like to return something, At Disabled Bathrooms UK there is no difference.

If your item is sent back not in the condition it was sent in we reserve the right to send it back to you and no refund will be given.

The fees incurred to return an item with no faults are not covered by Disabled Bathrooms UK.

Who pays for return postage costs?

If the item was not as described, we are responsible for paying return postage costs. If the buyer changes their mind about a purchase and wants to return it, they will be required to pay the postage. We will provide a return postage address and additional return postage information for the buyer.

When you want to return an item using alternative postage arrangements and we are responsible for the return postage charges, we ask you to work with us to agree on the postal service used and the cost before returning the item.

How to return an item

To return an item:

1. Go to info@disabledbathroom.co.uk

2. Attach a photo of the products, add the order number you and tell us the problem.

3. The logistics team will have a look into the enquiry and respond within 48 hours. 

5. Once then we have received your parcel, we will process a refund within 14 working days.
